Respected Madam/ Sir,

We are pleased to inform you that our association proposes to conduct “ Inter School Chess Tournament” on 2nd December 2006 which is conducted in a standardized manner in our Auditorium. The main purpose of the Tournament is to encourage healthy rivalry,a positive competitive spirit among the participants teams, which will go a long way in character building. We are adopting State Level Rules.

We are confident that we shall be able to provide an enjoyable fare of Chess Tournament, the memory of which will linger for a long time to come. Attractive
Trophies alongwith awards will be awarded to the top three winners. All the participants will be given participation certificates on our School’s Annual Day on 21st December 2006. In our entry form please send one name by the 30th of November 2006.You can send online entries to our email-id.

Weekend Chess Tournament for Level 1 and 2

DCS will organise WEEKEND CHESS TOURNAMENT on 3rd December 2006 at DCS Hall, Mannagudda only for students in Level 1 and 2.

Reporting Time: 9.15 a.m.
Time Control: 30 minutes each
Rounds: 5

Top 3 and the best girl player will be awarded.

Players are instructed to come along with their lunch as the Tournament will run till 5.00p.m.
